Yeah! Thank you guys! I'm so glad no one was hurt and nothing broken, we really lucked out with where it fell. Heh, guess we're lucky the ceiling fans are these old fashioned things with really heavy blades or it could have really gone flying!

YES It was a custom print my boyfriend found for me at AX 2013.  I was so happy and it was so pretty.  ^^ Ahh you have Nanook, too?!  He's super special and such a cuddle-bug.  I can never let go haha

Thank you!  I never noticed how much white I had until I finally cleaned up and threw out a bunch of stuff I didn't need.  Pictures are definitely a must, once I get my hands on some frames.  And a carpet and curtains would be helpful, too.  I've always found that curtains were always prettier than blinds to me.  Just have to decide on the right color.  :D Thank you!

Today was pretty awesome! I had a rough start at work with more mosquito bullshit this morning, but that was pretty much the only unpleasant part of the whole day!

I took Dante out in the yard this afternoon for some running around and playing ball. And he was so happy and excited that I decided it was the perfect time for pictures. So I got lots of great shots of my happy boy! (And one really amusing selfie I took with him that has us both literally toothily-grinning at the camera. LOL!)

I got some writing done for one of my chapter fic projects today, too! I like that I'm making progress with it and I'm going to do my best to keep it up.

And best of all, I got a super awesome gift from Bethy that made my entire week! (Really, how do I possibly deserve friends like this?) I don't even feel like I could thank her a thousand times and have it be enough. I've been over the moon! (Which is unintentionally funny to me, because that's exactly what my tank top shirt says today.)

Man, I don't even care about having to get up early for work again tomorrow. I mean, hell, I feel like I could walk into work right now and actually enjoy it.

A pretty amazing feeling.

Usagi and her mom are awesome, watching them horse around when Usagi has guests over is the best! Everything about the show is wonderful, even the terrible CG hair! Here: have the full OP (without video so no spoilers) [Link goes here] I've been listening to it on repeat for a while now.

Definitely sweet and awkward with TONS of blushing and great female characters. It’s all on animefreak.tv if you’re familiar with the site! I think the first season is 25 eps and the second one is 12. Something like that.

Seconding CCS and Kimi ni Todoke, for sure! I also recommend Skip Beat. The romance takes FOREVER and the heroine’s main thing is working through her negativity, but it’s very energetic, silly, and positive series on the whole.

Putting Skip Beat on the list!  :) I think after the shorter ones, I'll take this one on (I am always a sucker for slow builds and happy animes!)!  Thank you~!  :D

idk all i can enable is pgsm because i’m so focused on it right now SOB. maybe other magical girls like CCS or mermaid melody?

CCS ... wow that sure takes me back.  :3 I could squee over my TouyaxYukito.  But I haven't seen Mermaid Melody!  Maybe I'll pick that one up! But then again, PGSM.  :| Never a bad time to watch PGSM. Well, thank you for the recs!  :)

If you haven’t seen Kimi Ni Todoke, I highly recommend it! Cute to the point of sugary sweet, awkward romance, and good character development. It makes me reeeeally happy to watch when I need a pick me up.

Right, it's a real phrase too! A phrase that suits Minako very well, but it's still flaunting her secret identity in a way that would make no one suspect her. It's just so ridiculous and perfect and adorable!
