The 100 Season 6 + text posts Part 5/?

I’ll never forgive The 100 for killing Shaw. It was so unnecessary. He didn’t have to die.

He should have survived. Not only was he a great asset as a pilot, but he was smart, methodical, and moral. He could’ve been a good grounding for the rest of the show, to be the moral guide the group lost with Monty. I would have loved to see his potential as a character develop and what his story may have become.

And Raven deserved him. She lost too damn much during the show. Finn, Wick, Sinclair, her leg, her mom. All of her hurt and her pain. She endured enough. I’d argue she suffered more personal loss than anyone, even Clarke or Bellamy. She deserved the happiness she would have had with Shaw.

And he deserved to live.

I think a lot of ppl seem to forget that the time jump between season 4 and 5 was more than 6 years, while the events of seasons 1-4 were in the span of a year (maybe a year and a half).

So it’s understandable that characters would have a stronger bond with someone they were with for 6 years than someone they knew for only a year.

I totally understand spacekru need and want to protect each other and put each other first. But I also understand Clarke’s relationship with Maddi and the people in the bunker relationship with each other.

Shame that we didn’t see more of the six year jump especially with spacekru- they’re literally my favourites I love the seven of them with my whole heart.

So yeah basically what I’m trying to say, Bellamy was kinda right when he wanted to save his family (spacekru) and Clarke was also kinda right when she wanted to save her family (Maddie). Time changes ppl whether we like it or not. It changes relationships and the way we think.

But it’s also weird when ppl were calling characters like Bellamy, Clarke, and Octavia hypocrites and say they’re acting out of character. They’re not.

Bellamy and Clarke only knew each other for a year only, and while their friendship is strong, you can’t say that it’s stronger than their respective relationship with Maddie (Maddie and Clarke) and Spacekru (Spacekru and Bellamy)

Actor Jordan Bolger (Peaky Blinders, The 100, The Book Of Boba Fett) being down to star in my screenplay project is the best achievement from the past few years creating this story. So grateful!
