Not exactly sure what to make out of these but I thought it's a pretty neat detail they added for his Trial 2 interrogation answers.

Mikoto T2 Q20

Q: If you could be reborn, would you want to be yourself, again? A: I'd say so, yeah. I don't think my life's all that bad, really. (More directly translated: Q: If you were reborn, would you want to again be yourself? A: Yeah, that's right. I'm thinking it's not so bad.)

It's interesting that his answer is really... vague? "Yeah, sure, wouldn't be bad to be reborn as myself, I guess." It's not a solid yes or no, he's not saying that his life is bad, but... ...Do we believe this one? Like, is Mikoto actually fine with his life? I reckon he thinks he is, he wants to be fine with the life he has because it's fitting into his ideal of "what proper Japanese adults do", but it's killing him. Hoping that with the power of denial and belief everything will all be okay. All the characters of Milgram are protagonists of their own tragedies, little moral lessons and social commentary and an ARG that makes you take a moment and think, all in the costume of a simple fictional music video project. You can put meaning into anything, if you try, but at the end of the day, isn't the meaning of the Milgram obedience studies based on the reactions of the "teacher", not whatever task the "learner" (an actor, a fictional character) was given by the scientist (another fictonal character, an authority to give you meaning)...? Aren't we the subjects of interest, here?

Ahaha I'm rambling. I think these might be all the questions for Mikoto, so should I like... do something else??

Mikoto T2 Q13

Aww. This one's kind of sweet！ Q: What does "violence" mean to you? A: I wanted to help (written poorly, but coherently) Yep, pretty sure this one is John. He just wanted to help... The answer isn't exactly a direct response to the question, but it's still pretty clear what it means (to John, violence is a way he can protect/save Mikoto). The writing is much clearer than before, still a little wonky (the first character is た, that line isn't meant to be there), but legible with little struggle! It seems that John's writing style will use less kanji, use more informal/more direct/less polite language, and be a bit more vague, in comparison to Mikoto's. I'm guessing his handwriting will be sharper, bigger, and a little less like someone who's used to writing...

Q: What are the things you can't forgive? A: Things that bother "me". John still has terrible handwriting. Save me. Better translated to "things that annoy/inconvenience/trouble/bother me (ぼく/boku personal pronoun)", but "bother" works well enough. It's definitely interesting how John uses little to no kanji. His responses, while short, are better written using kanji, but he doesn't. It comes across as childish (can't write the characters, which is fair) or dismissive (can't be bothered, if you know what he means then who cares?).

Notes: Uses "人格", better translated to "personalities". There may be a better word to refer to alters in Japanese, I don't know. I used "right under my nose" just because it seems like something Mikoto'd say... Could also be "without me knowing about it".

More literally: If it really exists I'm worried Something happening without (me) knowing

This question is quite funny, because it seems to be the audience trying to tell Mikoto about John as directly as we can. His reply seems to begin to acknowledge the possibility of something like D.I.D, instead of outright denial. He says he's worried about it, but it's more "how could I miss something like this" than "nah, that could never happen to me".
