It had been quite awhile since Jesse had traveled along the coastal side of Kalos, seeing as he lived pretty far away in the mountain side. He found himself arriving in Ambrette Town from the beaches of route 8. He wanted to check out the fossil laboratory while he was here, since ancient things were pretty interesting to him. He entered the aquarium, and thought he might as well stay there for a bit, seeing as he had to walk through it anyway.
He glanced around at all of the pokemon on display, not very impressed. He kind of felt bad for them, being stuck in a glass tank all day. They didn't seem like they were miserable, so it wasn't all bad. His luxray, Bluestreak, who was walking with Jesse was curious about a certain pokemon, however. The luxray walked up to a tank that had a chinchou in it. Jesse wondered if it was because they were both electric types? Who knows, but Bluestreak seemed happy about it.
The lion couldn't really interact with the other pokemon though, seeing as it was trapped in a glass case. The luxray frowned as it pawed at the rope separating the tank from where you were allowed to stand.
