there are a lot of lines from your comic that fade into my head here and there. this past month has been kind of hard, with a lot of new challenges. boneslav's "new things come dauntingly - but we are braver come second time" has rung in my head very often lately. it's helped, genuinely. thank you for writing it (even though im sure my reaction wasn't predicted for it), and thank you soft-hearted boneslav!

onyx is kind of a recluse in a way. at least, he doesn’t actively seek out any type of relationship with others. he spends most of his time post-loss wandering on his own. although, he sorta ends up in the worst spots at the wrong times often, and gets into trouble a lot as a result. it doesn’t help that he just continues doing this though, despite the physical alterations he often gets into in these situations.

this song specifically i envision him during moments where he’s visiting bars. he develops a habit of going to them often during the period where he is grieving most. he usually keeps to himself during these moments, just because he generally finds everyone else there annoying, but has been guilty of getting into fights (and sometimes eventually kicked out) because bar environments don’t mix well with his anger.

How does your OC want to be seen by other characters?

honestly, its easier to answer how he doesn't wanna be seen by others. he has a reputation and its not a really nice one. as well he is aware hes not the easiest to get along with. he doesn't exactly like himself that much. so he just hopes to those he meets, look past his reputation and just sees him, making their judgements on that and not on what people think hes like.
