Hey, I can't help but admire how consistent you are when you upload your comic... so from one comic artist to another can I ask.
How are you able to upload so consistently and often, when I'm struggling with just finishing 2 pages. Any tips you can share?
let me tell ya a secret. im not consistent at all i appreciate the credit youre givin' me, truly, but, ive only posted what, 4 pages? in 4 days, to be fair, BUT! has my ass started page 5? nope. has my ass worked on my other comic? (shameless plug @markofastar)? nope. not in months! my consistency with the funnybunny comic was truly fueled by the comments i had gotten. but, engagement isnt guaranteed,
never, ever forget; the CRAVING for visibility kills passion projects never let that kill yours, too. even if theres one person in your audience, if you make progress, any progress, that counts as consistency. the only thing you can do is motivate yourself and not panic. and not expect too much... create because creating makes you human. guess what else is human? burnout, and frustration, and giving up! i know this is a little everywhere, but i think its very important, especially these days, to not give up for too long. dont worry about consistency, since theres truly no trick that works for everyone. As long as you KEEP GETTING UP (EVENTUALLY) you are doing awesome.
