The Million In May Initiative
Did you know May is #MentalHealthMonth? To support happier, healthier lives, Mental Health America developed a number of screening tools to help you pinpoint your mental health concerns. These screening tools are free, private, and fully online! Screening can help you identify symptoms you might not recognize, empowering you to get the help you need. You can use these results to open up conversations to friends, family, and medical professionals. We’re hoping for a #MillioninMay screenings to help people get on the road to good mental health.
