Knives x Milly art inspired by the lovely fanfic; In The Meadow by @eomma-jpeg.

I believe after a fair bit of character development and redemption arc has passed, I think these two would get together. Milly’s sunshine personality would definitely soften Knives’ hard stone heart.

Been a mad shipper of both of these dorks for a very long time. Had to draw them ❤️❤️❤️

Knives got talked into riding on a Tomas together with Milly, and he is totally regretting his life choices up to now.

I totally want to draw the part where she ends up holding him too, but maybe tomorrow? 🤔

As for the colouring, decided to give Knives a khaki green shirt because it brings out the blue in his eyes. Vash is wearing a baja blast coloured shirt to match his eyes.

Sleeping beauty Meryl being carried to bed by Vash; Just had to draw this scene, it’s soooo cute! Also gave me an excuse to draw floppy hair Vash. 🥰 I don’t draw enough Vash/Meryl and I really should. It’s my fave Trigun pairing after all.

Had a day off, so spent the day working on a drawing of my favourite scene from chapter 23 of In The Meadow, by @eomma-jpeg; Words Fail Us.

After an intense discussion about Wolfwood and the details pertaining to his death, Milly has a good cry and Knives wipes away her tears. Also first names are said for the first time, and it’s a very intimate moment. ❤️

Very emotional chapter this one, but it was beautiful! 😭😭😭
