「HALLOWEEN」Come una pianta biennale, ogni due anni mi faccio trascinare da amici in qualche festa di Halloween. 🕷️Anche se non fa parte della nostra tradizione italiana, è una festa che mi ha sempre affascinato, anche perché sono cresciuto con il film d’animazione “Nightmare Before Christmas”.👻 Nonostante la diffusione che ha avuto in America, è una festa che ha origini antiche dai Celti (Irlanda), in particolare, è il capodanno celtico, Samhain. Per loro l’anno si concludeva il 1° novembre perché finiva la stagione calda e iniziava quella fredda e delle tenebre. La comunità poteva riposarsi e ringraziare i loro Dei per la loro generosità, e questo avveniva tramite il Samhain. Era un modo per allontanare e scongiurare l’arrivo inevitabile dell’inverno e dei suoi pericoli. I Celti credevano che durante questo giorno, il mondo dei morti e degli spiriti potesse unirsi a quello dei vivi. Alla fine, il Samhain era una celebrazione che univa la paura dell’altro mondo, all’allegria dei festeggiamenti per la fine del vecchio anno. Anziché usare la zucca, per questa giornata particolare ho pensato di usare un frutto comunque di color arancione, quello del kaki, la mia personale visione di questa giornata. 🎃 Per #ilmiomesegreen vedrò molte zucche?
