Hi. I understand your pain, and want to recommend The Sad Bastard Cookbook. It's a cookbook for those with extreme pain, low motivation or time, and I've seen those with disabilities sing its praises time and time again. There is a free PDF on Archive.org. I hope it's helpful. I apologise if it isn't.

Maybe you aren't the right person to ask, but do you (or your followers) know of any good queer Discord servers? I recently reinstalled the app and have had no luck with finding any that don't have long and conflicting rules, or rules rooted in ableism.
