Heya, came back to ask for romantic headcanons for Blake (Mt. Silver), my apologies for not knowing sooner, and I completely understand!

Blake Dating Headcanons

=

❄ Much like his normal HGSS self, Blake will drag you all over the place after he's got adjusted to his prosthetics (until winter rolls around at least)

❄ The winter months you have to more or less coax him out into the snow little by little as he tries his best not to freak out (but you're only to get him out during light snowfall, anything over a foot of snow and he's heading back inside)

❄ Outside of that, he's an extremely sweet guy who will give you all of his time if you ask him to (maintaining his relationship is above most of his hobbies, even giving up his title as champion of two regions doesn't sound so bad anymore)

❄ Though he will seem a little insecure at times after bouts of people making fun of his appearance (so he'll occasionally need a little bit of reassurance)

❄ His Typhlosion thinks it's a lap dog, and the two of you are unable to convince it otherwise, so get ready for it to just jump on the couch at any moment to lay across your laps (and ruining any romantic moment may have been happening)

❄ Blake will be stuck to you like glue if you don't ask for your own personal space (or if he's not out battling somewhere in Johto/Kanto)

❄ More verbally affectionate (and uses gifts as a means to be affectionate) that physically (mostly due to his prosthetics making him feel awkward) but accepts all forms of affection

❄ Surprisingly he's keeping himself out of trouble, which is quite strange.... Oh well, he must be maturing a little

⚾ Girls were already hard enough to talk to before you attempted to be friends with him

⚾ With you appearing and most likely being stronger than Yaxi, he's going to hold back a lot of remarks he could make out of fear of upsetting you

⚾ Like seriously, you could easily bench press him (and he's fully aware of it)

⚾ Even after he realizes you're actually a lot nicer than you appear, he's still going to be wary of you

⚾ Though he has to admit having attention from a girl in the first place is a lot nicer than he allows himself to believe

⚾ Though at the same time this degenerate is most likely thinking up inappropriate scenarios like usual, which you will not be spared from despite him having an obvious type already

⚾ There may be instances where he hides behind you after something spooks him, if you bring it up in front of others, he will deny it adamantly

⚾ You'd probably be the only one who'd be able to scare him into not swearing (only for him to immediately start up again the moment you're out of earshot)

🔪 It turns to some pretty wholesome conversations while cuddling most of the time

📢 This is perfect for him, he doesn't want to attract more attention to himself when he's in public anyways

📢 Not all that physically affectionate but will always accept the affection he's given (he's always tired after coming home from public events where he's speaking)

📢 Is he going to fall asleep during said moments? Maybe...

📢 Overall it's not that big of a deal for him, and he feels much more comfortable that he has a partner that values privacy as much as he does

🧪 He's not comfortable with PDA so your shyness in public is something he finds preferable

🧪 Like I've said before he's not great with physical affection himself, but he can 'put up with it for a little while'

🧪 And god forbid you hug him while he's working with dangerous chemicals (that's a disaster waiting to happen)
