If we were to go off her before Xander's betrayal and her post betrayal, we get pretty major differences in behavior and stability, at least on the surface that is.
To cover some of the traits that stay consistent between both arcs..
— EXTREMELY paranoid, both with and without you. Worries constantly about her luck hurting you or just people in general, worse during the post betrayal arc.
— Is much softer towards you even with post betrayal arc. It just comes naturally to her and is embarrassed to admit. The others certainly know that but she couldn't care less what they think.
— Massive over thinker, be careful with what you say around her or she'll immediately go into panic mode. If you had phones it would be a nightmare to text her without having her rethink every interaction just by accidentally sending a dry message.
— Clingy. Just, clingy. No matter what she says or how cold she acts, her fearful attachment is still attached to YOU. Nice cuddle buddy when she gets more comfortable with sleeping in the same bed.
— Wants to protect you so, so badly. It can be perceived as possessiveness but when it comes to yanderes it's kind of a built in feature. I would characterize this more as over protectiveness due to her paranoia.

At the start..
Before the storm had truly settled in. Teruko was far more open, and hand was extended to you especially. It started out as a small puppy crush that some of the others would tease her about and swiftly get an ass whooping from. It was cute.. innocent.. A time where Teruko was blinded by friendship and naivety, at least that's how she sees it.
In all truth, it was fucked from the start.
— Normal Teruko is pretty blunt, but when she's with you she clams up. You chalk this up to awkwardness and just the stress of.. well everything going on. That quickly changes when she switches up being shy then casually saying she would kill somebody for you..
— You wouldn't describe her as a stalker but she's certainly watching regardless, with "innocent" intent. She's not as bad as other students but be aware she's most likely around a corner, watching.
— Teruko doesn't like how she feels, despite the teases she genuinely understands this more messed up than just a crush. Trust me when I say she does feel guilty about what she does. ( she's not gonna feel very guilty later )
— Steals stuff from you, not actual items or belongings but stranger things. Like the band-aid you had on your knee that fell off or the plastic spoons that you used at breakfast.
— Teruko's biggest shipper and hater is her luck. Expect cheesy romance cliques ( that may or may not have been on purpose ) to happen only for them to go horribly wrong. Broken ankle, ouch!
That night..
It permanently changes Teruko, fundamentally, physically, mentally, and emotionally. It's when everything really started going overboard, her vow to never get close to anyone again and cut everyone off like dead hair.. Of course she gave you the same treatment but it never stuck on for long, and that just made it even worse for her. She fell so far in for you and if she has to drag you down with her than so be it.
If you want someone to blame, it's Xander and Min.
— All bark no bite.. It's easy for Teruko to throw sass at you but it makes her feel horrible after, her soft spot for you still holds true even at her worse. So as some advice, don't take anything she says personally.
— More emotional and vulnerable than ever, everything is on overdrive for her, you are both her aid and the cause. Comforting her will only make her obsession worse.
— She's not above telling you to stay away from others, lying or any dirty tricks to keep you close. It's a mixture of paranoia and her own selfishness.
— She's also not above threatening people.. J was lucky she just took Teruko by surprise, if you were there J may have not even survived that interaction. The cuts and bruises didn't just come out of nowhere and you know that, so maybe for your friend's sake, stay away.
— Trapped in her room 24/7, if you're a naturally introverted person, great! Being isolated is a little less unbearable! ( Teruko says it's for the best and in a way maybe, just not in the way you wanted it )
— It will end up someone being dead, no matter what you do. Wether it's her, you, or god forbid someone else. If you played your cards right but might be able to avoid this scenario entirely, though I don't bet it.
If there was any unlucky-ness to Teruko, if her curse is true, than anything that could go wrong, only went wrong for you.

It wasn’t the warm, tired one you gave to your friends, or the disgusted, avoidant ones you gave to people you didn’t like.
This look, it was mixed with nervousness and something else, something he couldn’t place. Was it happiness? Terror? Disgust? He didn’t know and it killed him inside. He has observed you for so long yet can’t recognize a simple look on your face? He felt so stupid.
This cycle repeated for a few days. He would seek, you two would meet, then, you would fleet, and it would all repeat. It wasn’t until Whit told him the words he’d been waiting to hear for so long as you scurried away.

So, he stood up, and he walked to your room, his shoes clicking against the flooring. He knocked and you answered, he finally had the chance, and he wasn’t gonna miss it.
“..I really like you, do you like me back?” His confession was a lot like him, straight to the point, no shortcuts, just the truth. And by the way you looked, he knew that you liked him back. But when you nodded, it was like he just ascended into heaven. No, it was exactly like heaven.

As soon as Xander laid eyes on you, he felt a spark buzz around in his chest, he had to go talk to you!

Then, it hit him…he was probably just startling you, right? Maybe if he just took off his brown coat, and spoke in a less energetic tone, you’d talk to him, right?

After a few days of unsuccessfully trying to talk to you, he eventually took a moment to lie down on his bed, Teruko beside him. The brunette’s face was clearly annoyed at Xander’s efforts. “You’re acting like they’re the love of your life, y’know?” Teruko said.
Xander took a moment to think about her words. Then, he realized, she was right. He was acting like he was in love with you. “That’s because I am!” He said, his words flowing like water. “Why do you think I’m trying so hard to talk to them? There’s something so…beautiful about them.” He told Teruko, his words were completely serious. Something about you made his heart flutter.
Yet, he knew so little about you. He only knew your name, and your ultimate. Yet, if that was all he figured out about you for the rest of his life, he’d be at peace with that.
But that didn’t mean he wasn’t going to try. Xander stood up, and walked to your dorm. Taking a deep breath, he knocked on your door. When you opened it, his heart gave a flutter, but he didn’t dare utter a word (CAUSE THAT WOULD BE ABSUUURD BEHAVIOR). He immediately grabbed the door in order to keep it open. Especially since at one point, you slammed the door on him when he tried to talk to you.
“Y-Y/n! I want to talk to you!” He said, taking another deep breath as you stood there, hands behind your back due to nervousness. “I really, really like you. Like, more than I thought I would. And, I was hoping you’d allow me to be your..boyfriend?”

Oh, David…what a polarizing figure he was to you.. You could immediately tell something was slightly off with him. How could someone be so positive and uplifting their whole life?
As a result of this, you tended to avoid him, most of it was unintentional, but there were times when you’d purposefully avoid him. Something about his vibe was both…alluring yet also…unsettling? You just couldn’t explain it.
For David, meeting you was like a meeting your new pet rock. Something that was weirdly sentimental for no real reason. He just couldn’t stop staring at you, his eyes always glazing over your figure.

To watch your pretty face walk around for a few fleeting moments before you crawled up into your room for what felt like hours. He just could never confront you about this new sensation.
So, he waits, and waits, and waits for hours sitting at the dining table until you come out for your 3am snack. As soon as you do, his eyes widen and he jumps up. He immediately walks over to you, his eyes widening as he takes you in. You looked so beautiful, even if you were drowned in eye bags and groans, you still looked like heaven.
He finally spoke up. Although you made him question many things, he knew one thing for sure. He wanted to take this slow… “..Do you mind if I accompany you to the kitchen? I’m sure you’d like some company!” He said, the smile on his face clear despite the room’s dark setting.

He'd be disgusted. He'd tell you to get out of his sight and really just dig into your skin how unworthy you are. Afterwards though, he wouldn't be able to stop thinking about the encounter. Without him realizing, you'd really start growing on him. He'd just start appreciating little things about you. Until eventually (as in, weeks or even months after your confession) he'd realize he *would* actually like to be with you. But of course, he can't just go up directly to you and say all of this. He just starts acting *nicer* around you. This starts before he's consciously realised his attraction to you, in fact. Gradually this becomes more and more... weird and boundary-breaking. But he also won't admit anything? He's still very conflicted :')
If you've moved on by this point, well, it's just awkward and uncomfortable... It's not as insane as it is with J in canon, because he would not be as open with how he feels here, but still, it's quite a mess altogether.
If you haven't moved on and still like him, the fact that he's warming up to you is nothing but overwhelmingly joyous. You end up eventually telling him that that old offer of yours still stands. He may seem reluctant still, but this time he accepts your confession. You cautiously hug him and notice the slightest hint of blush on his face as he hugs back (speaking of which he'd be surprisingly good at giving hugs... despite everything about him they're very warm and homely.)
She'd be surprised but very appreciative.
If it's non-killing game AU, she'd probably accept your confession. She might not come off as super excited over it, but she is! Things would go at a very healthy pace too, you're just generally a really good couple. Also, I think she'd want to abstain from naughty business until you're both a bit older.
If it is in the killing game though, she'd probably reject you. She'd be very polite about it, and clear that it's only because of the bizarre circumstances. She's already pretty overwhelmed after all.
She wouldn't fall asleep during the confession lol. She'd be flustered - less in a cutesy was and more panicked. She really doesn't think she has the ability to, on top of everything, manage a relationship. Unlike Hu though, this would still apply in a non-killing game AU. As your friendship grows though, she'd start properly seeing that genuine connection is not at all a hindrance but rather an asset to alleviate stress.
If she didn't have feelings for you before your confession, you'd continue as friends. She wouldn't develop romantic feelings by this point, but you'd become inseparable best friends nevertheless.
If she did have feelings beforehand, she might just confess to you. Or she'd start acting a bit shyly with you. Would you confront her about it? If so, she wouldn't try to hide it anyway. She's open to be with you romantically now.

-She did not believe it at first. She thought it was a joke. A really, really bad joke.
-You, the person that pushed past the wall she put up, who helped her somewhat socialize again, and while not trust the others, help her cooperate with everyone, dead in the relaxation room, your head shoved in the water with what seemed like violent intent while your arms were tied behind your back? No.
-Hu held her back as the BDA played while Ace screamed. Teruko looked defeated as she investigated, refusing to look at your body and instead let Arturo (begrudgingly) do the autopsy. She made sure he checked your body thrice so he did not miss anything.
-Until the trial, of course, she did not speak to anyone more than she needed to. But in the trial room, she was ready to convict your culprit to hell and back.
-Aggresive. Charles described her as aggresive during that trial, even attempting to stab the culprit after the vote. She was held back again.
Eden:
-Hysteric crying was all she could do.
-Her, Levi and Rose discovered your contorted body in a way she had never seen limbs bend, and she was a mess as the BDA played.
-Levi held her, staying with her during the investigation and doing his best to comfort her, rubbing circles on her back and letting her cry in his chest.
-She couldn't do much in the trial, as much as she wanted to. She relied on Levi a lot, and was only able to tell her alibi at the supposed time of death.
-She just cried when the killer was reveal, telling them how horrible they were for killing you. For taking away an innocent life. She couldn't do much else though.
