[13/7/26] i fell in love with this city.
took a weekend trip up to Edinburgh and had such a magical time. the city and i got along very well. i think we can definitely get to know each other even more, so i will be back. i dont know when, but ill definitely be back.
[23/3/26] last week i went to visit my forever home (the phd program i committed to) and everyone was very nice and i had a lot of fun and im very excited to return in the fall. i also read a very good book (babel) and enjoyed the sun as well as some good mexican food. i was simply doing math on the plane ride home to be performative though! happy fun times! i skipped a few days of school to do this so i really need to do coursework so i can actually matriculate in the fall. enough fun in the sun, its time to LOCK TF IN, min! song rec: Ms. Supernova - Friday Pilots Club
[12/11/25] so idk what happened to the daily post thing bc sure there's some modicum of productivity but its all rat-like and manic and i have not been recording it. anyway ive been SO research-pilled the days have been a blur.

[28/1/26] short post today bc what do you mean i just interviewed with Cambridge DAMTP???? forget getting in,, getting an interview is the bar i wanted to clear this admissions cycle.
(i spent my last week intensely nervous and straight up physically sick over this interview,, so yeah feels great to cross the barrier)
