my fave thing about chiyo is her looking like an 8 year old until holidays she comes back and she just looks. older. shes still got a v rectangular figure and hasnt “filled out” as such, but she just looks far more mature and elegant, and her style is filled with more flowly materials and more blues and pinks and she just. 10/10
