For the writing meme: prompt is flower language

Three sentences based on this prompt, in the same setting or universe as my current WIP

Okay, so I have about a million projects going RN, the one I'm actively working on is pretty boring for this (mostly canon compliant)

I'm gonna go with the universe for one of my fic WIPs I think about most often, a Minalette one in which they sort of break up, like are on bad terms, in the beginning of season 4 when Mina is about to leave. After Mina leaves for Nigeria, Nic sort of disappears (Meredith Grey style lol) and is sort of presumed dead. Mina is able to come back to the US after a few months and discovers Devon and Conrad somehow lost her entire girlfriend

Ok here's the writing:

A bunch of flowers in her locker wasn't something Mina had expected to see today, or ever, actually. She wasn't particularly interested, romantically or sexually, in anybody except for Nic, and Nic had been gone for quite a while. It was very odd, therefore, to discover in her locker, along with her spare scrubs and normal clothes, a bouquet with pink tulips, blue cornflower, grape hyacinth, baby's breath, and daffodils.
