Well, I loved the film when it released... a pretty fascinating concept of VHS recording brain activity. What I didn’t know was director Douglas Trumbull’s (FX specialist for 2001 and Blade Runner) attempts to film it with 70mm film at 60fps to visualize the tech’s playback sequences... way way before Peter Jackson’s attempts with The Hobbit. Pretty interesting (and tragic) read.
