Nootropic update
So, I've been taking Noopept and CDP Choline on and off for a couple weeks now. I have to say, that it's a very subtle, but a positive effect. Unlike the aniracetam I tried last year, Noopept does not cause me any headaches and I hardly notice it's even working, but can tell you that by the end of the work day I don't feel tired and I'm generally more talkative and focused than usual. I have felt subtle memory strengthening which is different than my experience of my memory worsening with the use of aniracetam.
I have taken Noopept after eating every time. I tried one night to take it at 4pm without food and my stomach was irritated. I did not, however, get a headache. So, I would suggest you definitely take it with food.
Some Nootropic adventurers have said that the effects are too subtle. I would agree that they are subtle, but they are important since they work and gnerally make life a tiny bit better.
I've also not been taking Noopept every day. I've taken the weekends off and even a few week days. I have noticed that the days i do not take it, I'm a little foggier, more tired and forgetful. However, I don't think it should be taken every day. I have a strong feeling that the body would become used to it if you took it every day. Thus, negating some of the positive effects.
There is another Nootropic I am curious to try: Cerastim.

I read that Ray Kurzweil is taking this every day. Now, I'm not one to just do something everyone else is doing, but after reading about its positive effects, particularly with memory enhancement, I am curious to know how it does as compared to Noopept.
To sum up: I really like Noopept, but will probably try Cerastim once the Noopept supply runs out (two month supply). And then depending on the results of that trial use, will either go back to Noopept, or move on with Cerastim or yet another Nootropic.
Cheers!

He had been in new york. He was wandering in between the narrow streets, wandering in times square, staring at the tall skyscraper and looking for the tallest building which is the Empire State building. He got tired, he sat down in a bench infront of a famous fast food chain, he rested his feet while staring at one busy street of the famous big apple. Different faces and different races passed by in different attire. Some were young and some were old, some were eating cotton candies and some were bringing their groceries. He witnessed how some people entertain others, and witnessed on how they perform. People dropped their coins and their dollars into a cap and clapped their hands to hail the performer. He smiled to what he have seen. He begun his journey again, he walked and looked for the building. He travelled kilometers away from the bench he last sitted. He didn’t take any cab cause he wants to see every store and every street that he pass. Then he became hungry, his tummy became to growl, he looked for the nearest store, he opened his wallet and found couple of $ dollars, then he bought a burger and a bottle of water and stayed infront of the lot-ful area of the New york’s park. He watched the skaters do their routines and flips while munching his burger, then he continued his journey. He walked and finally he arrived infront of the building. He climb upstairs, he went beside a window and he viewed the whole newyork and witnessed the beautiful sunset accross the brooklyn bridge. Then he waited for hours. Until the he saw the beautiful night life of the city when He saw the city lights after the sunshine. :) then he went downstairs. Left the building and glaze at the beautiful and bright streets. the nighr is filled with stars and different colors of neon lights, he has found the happiness in a day. he got tired then The dark night passed til he found himself dreaming. :) He woke up, and said “what a beautiful New York journey” the he decided to sleep again.
