Mindful in may. Enjoyed this muffin and coffee at Rustica!!!! The muffin is a savoury one. And yes I did not mind that there were some fat people in there. Not once did I shame them. My parents certainly would have and my younger self would have too. That would have been before I got fibroids and endometriosis!!!
We certainly need to raise some awareness about this!!!!

Days 10, 11 & 12
Day 10: Meditation in the bath. Relaxation meditation which lead to falling asleep in the bathtub.
Day 11: Walking meditation.
Day 12: Relaxation meditation before sleep.
Days 8 & 9
Day 8: Hair Salon meditation. Did this one while waiting for my housemate while they got their hair done. Sat with headphones on. I think towards the end I was somewhere between meditation and drifting off to sleep. Meditation while tired is not ideal.
Day 9: Mindfulness meditation, 20 minutes. Mind drifting to recent memories of pleasant things. Better than drifting off to stress.
Day 6
Bubble bath and meditation - excellent relaxing combination.
