this week, for "go with the flow friday," i've been thinking a lot about challenges. this last month, everything in my life seemed to be falling down around me all at once, which is reeeeaaaalllyyyy stressful if you're a person who likes to have a plan. i couldn't seem to get off the ground. i was holding too tightly to things over which i had absolutely no control. it wasn't until i began to loosen my grip, take a deep breath, and adapt to the challenges, that things started to lift, solutions began to appear, and help came out of the woodwork. sometimes in life, we swim; we paddle really hard to get where we need to go. other times, though, it can be helpful to let go, and float. to go with the flow. that way, when you get your bearings again, your ready and rested to get swimming again. take a deep breath. find ease where you can. and keep pushin through. 💜🌟🌒🌕🌘🌟💜 . . . . . . . . #moonlightlotusyoga #yogaeverydamnday #malalove #yogateacher #pacificnorthbest #fitness #mindfulllife #gowiththeflowfriday
