Today our 31 Days of Mindfulness challenge (#31DMC) starts! We're going to have a challenge running alongside the Summit to encourage you all to dive deeper into mindfulness 🙏 I wanted to keep it simple for today, so we're starting with one minute of mindfulness. Make sure you have no distractions. Sit somewhere comfortable. Close your eyes, and begin to feel every inch of your body - this is your anchor to earth. Be conscious of gravity pulling down on you, on any sounds you hear, on any sensations you feel. You might notice some of these senses becoming sharper, the more that you meditate. After all, your mind is a muscle - the more you use it, the stronger it gets.
