Sunday was my 31st birthday. What a whirlwind this year has been. Turning 31 + The Pandemic has forced me to do some some deep emotional excavation and I want to share some reflections: 💖 Every moment is what you make it. If you lead with empathy, curiosity, and fun, you’ll have a really rewarding life. 💖 Every moment is temporary. Every situation, every hardship, every celebration - it’s all temporary. So when things are going well, embrace it! Have a freaking blast. When things are shit, they will get better. Eventually. You can’t have a rainbow without a little rain 🌈 💖 Stay Creative. Creativity = Happiness. Creativity is a lifeline. Creativity is your connection to your inner child. Be. Creative. 💖 Jealousy can tell you so much about yourself. Be aware of who you are jealous of and why. It will teach you so much about your needs/wants/desires deep down. 💖 Move your body in ways that make you feel good, always 🥰 💖 Do the things that make you happy! P.S.
