On the one hand making Mindt ridiculously powerful if you try to use path actions on her would have been some pretty cool foreshadowing, but on the other hand the fact that she isn't is so funny. She's really committed to her thing, she must be holding back so much. Imagine her playing dead while Osvald proceeds to take her valuables and just thinking "sure enjoy victory for as long as you can. I've heard the way Harvey talks about you."
