Finally dug up one of the inspirations for MindWarps boots and gloves

This was a segment in Mad Magazine January 2007 issue, making fun of Paris Hilton’s publicity stunt that fizzled out because she has a life lol. Anyway, I have always been overly impressed by the artists work in Mad, especially their use of color, shine, and editing. I’ve repeatedly tried to mimic a fraction of their work.

Part of the other inspiration was classical designs like Zurg, Power Ranger characters, and vintage Sci-fi novel covers
