[NO CC] A Greek House with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms

I did this greek house to put in Diphylleia's University but it ended up so nice that I decided to share. You can also use it as a dorm too! To guide, I put the names of the rooms on the floor plan down below, but you don't need to follow it strictly!
You may have to use ChangeLotZoning cheat to turn it into a greek house or a dorm.
This house is made in a 40x60 beach lot and costs $106,081. I have the Ultimate Collection, but I think I used those packs: Apartment Life, Bon Voyage, Celebration, Freetime, OFB, M&G and University.
