Sunrise in the Kingdom of Mossland
I started this project because I really like Minecraft, and no one wanted to play it with me, so I fired up a new creative world, found a spot I liked, and got to work. Shortly after starting my project, I decided to make a tumblr blog to catalogue my progress and I recently realized it is now two years since I made that decision, and so, I turned on the shaders, set the time to sunrise, and took some glamor shots of some of my favorite parts of the project.
A lot has happened in the last two years, and some of it wasn't awful, but I really didn't expect this to actually become "something". I never really had people to share my builds with, and did not expect anyone to find this, but they did, and as of typing this, I have made 102 posts, have 223 followers, and have received hundreds of likes on my posts. Sometimes people even ask me building questions and it genuinely makes my day.
I don't mean to get too sappy, but thank you all for finding my little blog. I don't really know what I'm doing, or how this all works (my profile picture is still off center), but I look forward to continuing my blog and watching it grow.
Today I did a bridge and not gonna lie, currently in the 'trust the process and have hope' phase.
I do everything in survival, and don't test out builds beforehand so really hoping this turns out well. It definitely looks better with the leaves so definitely think details will make it better.
Also yes those front posts are suppose to have trap doors like the others. I just forgot them.
A beautiful bridge in Rotherhythe built by Mattesco, based upon the Forth Bridge.
This bridge is starting to close the gap between Rotherhythe, the Redstone Expo area, & Steambolt! From creator Mattesco: "this bridge was designed to overcome numerous challenges, such as the height variation between Roth and the lowlands the line connects to, creating a realistic profile, and leaving a large gap for which boats can pass under when this area becomes an industrial port town in the near future".
1st & 3rd photos by JackAttack53, 2nd photo by Mattesco.
Visit Rotherhythe anytime on UV - easily accessible from the /Outpost warp!

I have 3 bridges for my island that I'm going to need to redo/update and make pretty —
This bridge just happens to be a 3 in one too
This bridge below is brand new btw kk ⤵️
Also bcz this is survival 💁🏻♀️ I haven't really cared much about looks, or even know much about Minecraft looks tbh - also this is survival and I'm on a island 💁🏻♀️ it's almost like old school Minecraft where light will hardly save you. Drowns 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 come out of the water the second the sun drops and I hardly have protection around the water. So. Ya. I'm in a little bit of a rush bcz there is a chance that they could have a Triton and that bitch doesn't need to be on land 💁🏻♀️🙃 lol. Limited resources and quick thinking - I kinda suck at this game - but the island was a nice idea bcz I spawned in the perfect little cave in the Nether that just needs a small upgrade to feel safer. And I always die in the Nether
