[I think I still have some things queued but they didn’t post when they were supposed too.]
I’m leaving this here for fanart and related reblogs but updates are on AO3 only now. They have a better format for searching through the chapters and can be found more easily in general.
The original ‘Fear of a Herobrine’ can be found here- https://archiveofourown.org/works/4193259/chapters/9471279
And the ongoing roleplay which we’ve titled ‘The Shining Eyes’ is found here- https://archiveofourown.org/works/17046851/chapters/40080410
The postings over there are up- to-date and chapters in the roleplay will now be going up now as soon as they are completed. We are currently the sixth longest piece of fiction on AO3 and still going strong!
[Two million, five hundred thirty-six thousand, eight hundred words as of 1/9/19]
Prompt: "A Creeper has blown up a part of the players house, and they spend all night rebuilding."
Warnings: Language!
Notes: Written and dedicated to one of my besties, Meaghan! x
"Dammit!" You curse, as the sound of the hiss sends you scrambling under your bed. The west end of the house explodes, and you scream in frustration. Another night building.
"There we are," You smile, leaning back from the log cabin you had spent almost three full days building. You're completely out of wood now, but that didn't matter! You had enough saplings to last for the rest of the month. Besides, you could travel! It wasn't like anyone else was here. Smiling you open the door and step inside.
Your first night in your first home. Proper home.
You move from the hallway into the open concept kitchen/living and dining room, where you have your two furnaces set up as well as your crafting table. You have your chests full of food that can be eaten raw or cooked, as well as a stinking chest full of rotten flesh ("future manure", you promised yourself). Home.
You take a few more steps towards the first door to the right. It leads straight to your mineshaft. Five feet from bedrock, and you haven't even made the second level yet. Following the curve of the hallway, you peek out the window you had created and smiled. The sun was going down. Monsters would be coming soon. You may have forgotten a fence, but you were out of wood; those would be built tomorrow.
You enter the bedroom, smirking as you look at your work. Outside of the main concept rooms, the bedroom was a monster. Nearly the size of the entire house. Your bed was half levelled up with shiny jungle wood while the rest of your room; chests mainly were half levelled down with oak wood and stacked upon one another.
Enough storage - and wasted wood - to last forever.
You were just about to lay down, when the first few groans of the zombies got your attention. That wasn't going to do. Clenching your jaw you move to grab your sword, moving to the window to peer out. That was when you heard the hiss. Eyes widening, you realize you forgot to make your house creeper safe.
"Dammit!" You curse, as the sound of the hiss sends you scrambling under your bed. The west end of the house explodes, and you scream in frustration. Peering out from the bed you growl, and scramble for your sword as the zombies start to stagger and crawl over the wreckage of your bedroom.
With only images, comes another stunning novel, Minecraft Comic Book: The N00b, The Pig & Herobrine from best seller author Minecraft Books.
N00b has spawned in a new world and builds himself a small base. Next day he goes exploring. He finds out that all the creatures in this new world speak, but are unhappy about it because ever since they got the power of speech they have been finding faults with each other and fighting. So now all the animals just want to forget how to speak. N00b befriends a Pig.
Together in this comic they set out to find the cause behind the animals learning how to speak, and find out that this is a the work of a scatterbrained Witch who mixed up spells. The only one with enough power to undo the spell is Herobrine. So the dumb but heroic duo head out to find Herobrine and convince him to reverse the Witch's spell, getting the world back to normal.
