Minecraft user need help.

I want to start a server. I need help with it and how to start? I'm looking for map designers as well. Mini-games and other stuff I want on my server are these: Animal Races Car Races Bike Races Hide and Seek TNT Run Death Run Lab Splegg Music Box Squid Cops & Robbers cowboys and indians Ninjas and Samurai Clash of the Clans style game. Roleplay PVP Surival mode Creative mode Nation mode (Where you can create your own nation.) -------------------------------------------------------- The hub design should be all of the Disney Castles in one arena. The castles are the ones that go to mini-games or other modes on my server.

Minecraft Map creators. I got a challenge for you.

Create a map with all of these castles: Snow White's, Tangled's, Sleepy Beauty's, Cinderella's, Beauty & Beast's, Aladdin's, Little Mermaid's, & Frozen's Castles. After that the Modders could make Disney characters mobs.
