(Here’s a 3 foot tall, very grumpy Teddy- XD)

The skeleton’s voice, though higher in pitch than usual, is just as dead serious as he would have been if he were at his full height and age. Despite his much shorter (and innocent) appearance now, he was still as much of a killer, man-eating monster as he had been before. No curse would take that away from him, at least.
