Weekly weigh in
Down 0.4 for total of 3.2. Going to try and make it to the first 5 lb star next week. Just 1.8 for my first mini goal!
Slow progress.
when I weighed myself this morning, I didn't see a change. And we all know it gets discouraging. I'm trying to come to terms with, especially me in particular, that it takes longer to reach your goals sometimes. I'm trying to accept it and be ok with it. It's taken me 8 months to lose 30 lbs when it took everyone else almost 3-4 months. Even with things like undergrad, it took me a lot longer than 4 years and I regret not buckling down and being more focused on that. Now I have both my academic goals (graduation is in my near future!) and my fitness ones, I realize that it's just taking me so much longer than others. I'm trying so hard to not let it discourage me and to get up and move more! I know I said I wanted to reach a mini goal by June but it's not looking like I'll reach it. Guess it was just too unattainable for my weight to hit that goal in June. But that's ok. I'll eventually hit that weight! Maybe after my mini vacation where I plan to actually be present in my vacation and not constantly think about calories and steps. That being said, I did 35 mins of cardio. That's all I'm going to do today because I have hw.
aight as of monday i'm making myself do a lil 2 weeks of productivity

I want to clean around my car
2/12/19
Another pound down after months of no change. That makes it 17lbs down since may 2019. I get discouraged when theres no change but I know that I'm doing the right thing by soldiering on. Need to work harder if I want more losses before the end of the year.
Also this loss means I've finally got to my second goal weight.
Kind of late notice here but...
I got my next 5 pound star! Weight lost this week: -2.4 pounds Total weight lost: -41.8 pounds Annnnd I've hit a major milestone! Less than 10 pounds to my goal weight for weight watchers!

I... I wasn’t expecting to hit the two stone mark until next week. I’m unbelievably happy right now, so much that I’m crying tears of happiness. This has made it sink in that I CAN do this, and I WILL do this. Just four more stone to go!
