TAKE SOME TIME AND TREAT YOURSELF
whenever I've had a long week, or a bad day or my mind can't take any more, I give myself a little spa treatment. you can probably find most of these ingredients in your kitchen at home. you can do one, or all of these, all of them are fantastic. •MILK BATH. not with actual milk, but skim milk powder. start running the bath (pretty hot) and then just before you get in, put in about a cup of skim milk powder and swirl it in. light a candle too if that's what you like. sit in the bath for as long as you like, and then I would suggest showering off, as there might've some milk residue leftover. this is a treatment that people have been doing for centuries, since cleopatra's time. the milk leaves your skin feeling soft and it takes away the dead skin particles. •FACE MASK. my favourite one is homemade: 1tbs dry oatmeal, 1tbs plain or vanilla yogurt, and a drizzle of honey. mix it all together and apply to your face. let it sit for about 10 minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water. The yogurt takes out the bad bacteria from your pores, the honey softens your skin and the oatmeal exfoliates. this specific face mask will always leave my face soft and feeling fresh. •HAND/LIP SCRUB however much sugar you want (i usually do about a teaspoon for my lips and hands) and enough baby oil to cover the sugar. mix it up, and scrub your lips and hands with it (like you're washing your hands with regular soap) rinse off with warm water. this will, once again, take off dead skin particles and leave your lips and hands feeling super soft. •GET SOME REST. if I'm not feeling so great, down time always does miles of good for me. put away your laptop or electronics for just a bit and read a book, write in a journal or take a nap. nothing that will cause too much stress. you will feel better after you've been off electronics or away from your work.

I just got out of the shower and I used this new exfoliating scrub my mom had in her bathroom and it was AH-MAZING! I washed my hair and I currently have conditioner setting in it. I'm gonna go wash it out in a few minutes & moisturize my hair. I'm gonna let it air dry because I don't want to put too much heat on it.
While my hair is air drying I'm gonna put on a mud mask. It's been too long since I've done one and I figured since my Senior portraits are coming up soon what's a better time than now. :)

Igår hade jag och mami en mini spa stund^^ Vi använder Derma Seta.
Det händer bara nån gång per månad vi gör det här.
...................att raka/vaxa armarna..........
Jag rakar aldrig håret på mina armar - det är något JAG inte skulle göra.
MEN ifall jag skulle göra det så är det Derma Seta jag skulle använda eller vaxa.
Jag är inte så bra på sånt här - Enligt mig tycker jag att vaxa är en bra grej att göra. Man behöver kanske bara vaxa 1 gång per månad innan håret växer ut igen. Därför tycker jag att den är bra + att jag såg på The Doctors Show - så det verkar inte vara en dålig grej alls att göra det,, jag har iaf inte hört något negativt - det gäller bara att våga ;)
Derma Seta är något jag TROR kan vara en bra sak att använda ifall du vill få bort håret på dina armar utan att vaxa. Så länge man INTE RAKAR MED EN RAKHYVEL
