Mini Vault - Season 5 Spoiler Game!

Guess who I heard from?

Yes, my dear friends have checked in. They’ve been a little busy of late with life, but they attended HVFF Chicago (yes, we are bemoaning that we missed each other. Feel free to join our pain.) 

The wonderful Mini Vault came dressed as FELICITY (honestly the cutest little thing you’ve ever seen) and was determined to get spoilers from the man himself.  Here’s the story from Mini Vault’s mom:

When we finally got up to Stephen, we talked to Mavi who was now seated on Stephen's lap and cute as can be. Stephen remembered us and immediately asked me if Mini Vault had given away any of the spoilers from last season. I told him that she had not. I asked if he had anything for her this season and he called Mini Vault around the table and told Mavi that he was going to tell his friend a secret. He leaned over and whispered in her ear as before. He looked at her and she nodded at him and he nodded back at her. Then he looked at me and said "That is a good one!"  We said all our goodbyes and wandered away. I asked Mini Vault if this secret was smaller or less shocking than previous secrets but as usual, she wouldn't even give me a broad or general hint. She also would not confirm who it involves. The game is in play again. I don't know what the secret is. I don't know who it pertains to or if it is big or small. I assume since she is a little girl it isn't going to come from any "hooking up" episodes so I hope it is Olicity related but I have no clue!!

This is how the game always begins. We start with NOTHING and try to get Mini Vault to tease out a few things. Normally we still get nothing (hence the nickname), but we have a lot of fun trying. And Mini Vault has a lot of fun torturing us. So, I will keep you posted with updates :)

I am really missing the mini vault this year. I know we speculate & all all the time, but that just added a little more fun to it.

No worries Anon! I’ve had lots of people ask about Mini Vault this year. Yes, I am still friends with her mother and we just chatted recently. They haven’t gone to a convention this year. Real life gets busy sometimes. I’m not sure if they are planning on one either, but they are still watching the show. But I will pass your message along. :)

Jen is too busy to read her asks right now and I know that you guys are good friends, so I was wondering if you knew when she'll get ominous info from Mini Vault again?

Yeah, @jbuffyangel is a bit busy tonight, going to a party and being fabulous. Understandable and I’m a little envious! The only party at this house is between me and my Netflix! 

I wish I could tell you. Next time I talk to her, I’ll ask. That said, I’m not sure this would help us any as the whole cache with Mini Vault was that she gave away nothing. So no information was ever actually given to us. And I have a feeling a lot of fans are looking for more specific information than Mini Vault would provide. 

I think we have to face the fact that we might not be getting anything like that this year. While I’m a little relieved (I knew waaaay too much the last two seasons and I don’t feel as though it improved my viewing experience), I get that the sudden cut off has some people flailing and feeling uncertain. 

If I had to guess I’d say two things with a fairly high level of certainty: 1) Olicity will reunite this season (even if that means much later in the season) and 2) things will get worse before they get better. 

When I’m feeling bad about all of it, I’m going to go back to that Facebook Live Stephen and Emily put up for us last night and watch that again. That’ll make everything better. ;)

Hi Jen, I stopped watching this season (but am still recording) when I could see the Olicity break up coming. I was getting tired of the angst. I actually have been following the season on your blog though - THANK YOU :). You should know that, thanks to your blog and comments I've actually decided to put my big girl pants on and watch the rest of the season. Thanks to you and Mini-Vault :)

Glad you are going to watch Anon! Idon't think you need to depend on Mini Vault though to do so – theshow is strong enough on its own. Enjoy!

Yea, i'm gonna choose to trust Mini Vault's spoiler rather than a bunch of media sites who are paid to twist words lol.

I'm not sure if media sites are paid totwist words, but I do think they write them ambiguously to tease andentice. Mini Vault doesn't really have any reason to lead the fandomastray, but Wendy Mericle does. But honestly? Neither are thesingular piece of evidence I'm going off of. For me, what's happeningin the show is all the evidence we need.
