Remember when I said my craftroom was over capacity for dollhouses? Guess what, it wasn't. How do I know this, because now there's a third.
And the award for definitely biting off more than I can chew goes unanimously to this kid.
This beauty is rough but I love the potential. The story is that someone found it in an abandoned house so it's one of a kind and old. My plan is to rehab it and re-sell it. I've already removed the old wiring that looked like it was from the seventies.
My first big project is fixing the front steps.
They're leaning, they're crumbling, they're jank. I'm gonna replace the poles but I'm trying to maintain as much of the original wood as possible.
This is my first time "flipping" a dollhouse and I'm pumped. I'm still painting away on the other house, and doing a couple touch ups with the prime dollhouse.
And my cat has completed his inspection, a necessary step in all projects.
