自己啤酒自己釀 Mini Brew 家用釀酒機

外國有些酒吧標榜自家釀製的生啤，以即釀即飲作為賣點；其實讀者在家亦可以仿效這些酒吧，集資網站 Indiegogo 日前就有一個迷你啤酒釀造機項目 MiniBrew，讓用戶可以輕鬆簡單地在家釀造啤酒。

MiniBrew 來自喜力的家鄉荷蘭，設計師將釀造、冷卻和發酵過程全部濃縮在 MiniBrew 內。體積 28 x 55 x 43cm 的 MiniBrew 每次可以釀造 5L 啤酒，只要將不同原材料放入機內，再利用 iPhone App 挑選口味，MiniBrew 就可以自動釀造啤酒。釀造和冷卻需時 3.5 小時，發酵過程則約需 1 星期。MiniBrew 將人手出錯機會減至最低，釀造的啤酒可以輕易達到專業級水平，亦更容易調節不同口味。

MiniBrew 還會和小型啤酒廠合作，提供他們的獨家口味，配合訂購材料服務。讓啤酒愛好者可以自行在家釀製不同品牌的口味，啤酒就比購買的更加新鮮。現時支持項目，可以 Early Bird 價格 2,250 美元（約 17,438 港元）入手。如果集資成功，明年第二季就會上市。
