Vanilla Bean Mini Bundts-Easy Irresistible Bites
Indulge in the rich flavors of honey and whiskey with these delightful mini bundt cakes. The combination of sweet honey and the warmth of whiskey creates a perfect treat for any occasion. Topped with a luscious honey whiskey glaze, these mini bundts are a deliciously boozy dessert.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup whiskey. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. For Glaze:. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons whiskey. 1 cup powdered sugar.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Grease the little bundt pans. Mix butter and honey in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Slowly add the eggs, making sure to mix well after each one. Add the whiskey and stir. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture while mixing in the buttermilk every so often. Put vanilla extract in the mix. Place the batter into mini bundt pans that have been prepared. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. In a saucepan, mix honey and whiskey for the glaze. Bring it to a slow boil, then take it off the heat. Add powdered sugar and mix it in until it's smooth. Let the mini bundts cool down before adding the honey whiskey glaze. Serve and have fun!
