Ingredients: 12 fresh jalapeno peppers. 6 slices of bacon. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. Remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeo peppers by cutting them in half lengthwise. Combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir until well combined. Spoon the cheese mixture into each of the jalapeo halves. Using a toothpick, enclose a slice of bacon around each stuffed jalapeo half. Arrange the jalapeo poppers wrapped in bacon on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the peppers are soft and the bacon is crispy, in a preheated oven. Take out of the oven and allow it to cool down a little before serving. Savor your tasty jalapeo poppers wrapped in bacon!
