Super cute mini fruit cake squares. I must be getting old because I really like cakes with booze soaked fruits! This one has fig, apricot, cranberries, and other dried fruits soaked in rum for the past couple of weeks. Simple cake with light brown sugar glazed with apricot jam and topped with marzipan.
