I should put some stuff about myself down here! If anyone’s interested.

I only put “less than a millimeter” in my bio because I don’t actually know my exact height. Your average rulers just don’t go that small, and I’ve never had the opportunity to get an exact measurement with those fancy tools they use on diamonds and stuff. But I’m well below the lowest mark, so… my estimate is under half a millimeter... Maybe 0.3 mm? 0.2? Somewhere around there.

I live with my stepmom and stepsister, who are both normal sized. They’re just my “caretakers”, but I like to imagine them as family. Helps me feel more like a person, and less like some speck of dust. Though, they don’t usually get to see me often, on account of my height. I’m not microscopic, but I’m close enough… if I’m not standing on a contrasting surface, and they’re not specifically looking for me, I won’t get noticed.

I actually draw semi frequently! It’s a bit crude, and it’s not like I have pen and paper… but I usually just doodle on whatever surface I happen to be standing on using whatever’s available to me… you’d be surprised how many things on the near-micro scale can be used as drawing utensils!

Im probably not too visible in the banner image, so I managed to make a couple drawings of myself! I censored some things since I’m not sure what exactly I can show… But this is pretty much me! Apologies if it’s a bit rough, my phone is still laggy, and I’m not too used to digital art yet!

I wish my phone worked properly. But I suppose when you have to scale electronics down THIS much, you sacrifice a lot…

It’s so laggy… and if I open more than like, one app at once, it’ll just freeze! Really annoying… Plus, the internet is shotty at best. At least the resolution is surprisingly decent for a phone this small, and the touch screen hasn’t had any issues yet! But beggars can’t be choosers when it comes to this stuff, at least I can use a phone at all!

Hey everyone!! Amelia here, but Nano works as well. Don’t know how active I’ll actually be on here… Being as small as me can lead you to be pretty busy just trying to get by… But I’ll try to be active! I’m very new to tumblr, so I don’t really know how this stuff works yet.

Been wanting to do this for a while, and now that I finally have a phone small enough for me, I can start a little blog of sorts! Kinda just an excuse to talk about my life with people, I’m not exactly audible in person at my size after all. Every once in a while I’ll just update yall on anything interesting going on! Maybe occasionally accompanied by a drawing? I dunno yet, this tiny phone is laggy enough just trying to load one app… I’ll keep you guys updated either way! ❤️

This is one of my favourite shrinking scene - a bit chaotic, still a very original take on the process. Love that MK ends up so small 😍.

The use of extreme angles in the movie, like in the deer scene, give such a great sense of scale, showing how utterly tiny she is. Seeing this on the big screen back then completely blew my mind!
