26 Via Veronaville - Minimal CC

I wanted to make a lovely little cottage for my Sim that has just graduated Collage and already a best selling author. I thought that VeronaVille would fit her perfectly, after all it is based on Shakespeare haha. Depending on how you choose to use the rooms, this house has 2-3 bedrooms. You could either turn the smaller room next to the master bedroom as a study, or the loft upstairs as a study. Its entirely up to you!

Button was the only daughter of the late rock 'n' roll star known as Bub Bobbins, she lived like a queen with his fortune, until her sneaky manager stole it and left the county. Now left with nothing, she must make a new life for herself with her own two hands.

She keeps positive and she's generous to a fault, constantly showering her friend with gifts, but she expects a complement or two in return -after all she is amazing! (and maybe just a tad self-absorbed).

Blackstone Apartments for Rebuilders

The Blackstone Apartment series is completed (for now). But I know what some of you must be thinking. Download?

Yes and no. I will be sharing an unfurnished version of the building (just the external architectural part) for those interested in refurbishing it with their own creativity. You can actually make it an apartment building, like its name suggests! However, the complete version (which contains too much content for a practical download and installation anyway) is not currently available.

DOWNLOAD the empty version (SFS)

It is zoned as residential, rather than a community, since it has not yet been converted to commerce.

There is also a document listing essential cc (with links when available) to be included in case you don't have the master meshes.

I was too lazy to take layout pictures of the empty version. And the layout for the furnished version was a mess. It is too embarrassing to show it, LOL.

Oh, and if you'd like to have the modular stairs I used on the lot in your game (they will still be usable even without the scripts), they are available here.

so, I renovated willow creek (and magnolia promenade) again.

willow creek is a small town suburban neighborhood with (unfurnished) homes in all price ranges + a sprawling downtown area equipped with restaurants, a nail salon, a clothing boutique, a gym and yoga studio, a boxing gym, a cafe, an office space, a small library, a movie theater, an a bowling alley.

magnolia promenade is an educational complex that contains the local high school*, an auditorium (for prom, graduation, career day, etc.), a basketball court, and a swimming pool that is open to the public on weekends.

* I recommend using zerbu’s venue changes mod to make the high school functional with the “high school years” expansion pack.
