New On the Desk: That Daniel Wellington Watch

I’m sure by now you’ve noticed how much of a minimal fiend I am. But I am especially picky when it comes around to purchasing watches and clocks, I find it incredibly hard to find one that I like. Watch faces are always either ruined by poor font choices, big logos, or just down right ugly, chunky designs.

Daniel Wellington on the other hand has their watches down to a fine art. 

I chose the men’s 40mm rose gold case with the Classic St. Mawes leather band. The reason I picked up the men’s size instead of the lady’s was simply because I wanted the watch to be overwhelming big. One of the details I love most, is that watch’s case only measures to be 6mm thick. (Like that’s almost paper thin!) That’s how I knew I’d be able to rock the big 40mm face, without it making my wrist disappear.

Not only has it been a go to for my day to day outfits, I’ve had to fight over it with my husband. And thanks to it’s unisex, minimal design it looks pretty awesome on him also.
