These Slow Cooker Mini Meatball Sliders are perfect for game day or any casual gathering. They're easy to make and packed with flavor, making them a crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup bread crumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 egg. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 jar 24 ounces marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 12 slider buns.
Instructions: Put bread crumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the ground beef and mix it all together. Mix everything together well. Make meatball-sized balls out of the mixture, each about an inch across. Put in half of the marinara sauce. Put the small meatballs in the slow cooker. Cover the meatballs with the rest of the marinara sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours, or until meatballs are fully cooked. About 15 minutes before you serve, put more mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs and put the lid back on to melt the cheese. Slider buns with meatballs on them are ready to be served.
