We Won the Biggest Vote for Tiny Houses Yet!
We have one major obstacle left but we are ever hopeful we will get there. You can read a great summary of the events that happened last weekend in Kansas City at MiniMotives.com. In short, we have overcome so many odds together, we needed 2/3 vote and because of all the speakers present we were able to change some minds of those in the audience and gain the 2/3! We also have some great new advocates on the ICC side of things. We won the right to have the tiny house appendix be voted on nationally to incorporate into the 2018 IRC (International Residential Code). This will require some next steps from as many people as possible in the coming weeks. Please stay tuned for a follow up on how YOU can help us sail over this final hurdle!
