Having diarrhea is so awkward when you work in a call center because I have to idle restroom on my phone every time I go and then workforce is like why are you going to the bathroom so much and then I have to tell them so they dont think I'm doing drugs or something.

The past three nights I've worked, it's been me and two other people in the store.  There's a lot of chores to get done in a fast food joint, and together with the other crew member I'd do what I saw needed doing.

  Monday, before I was sent home from work for not having slip-resistant shoes (I had slid slightly on a fry on the floor), I saw the fry cartons were running low; so, being proactive, I made sure there were no customers to ring up before going to the back and bringing cartons up.

  Another manager stops me and tells me that it's not my job to stock those and hands me a list that entails what each of us do, all of which I already did and then some.

  ..... Like, do you want me to do work or sit here with my thumb in my ass waiting on the next customer which may take a LONG fucking time to come in?  The lobby doesn't need to be swept and the bathrooms don't need to be cleaned every minute of every hour.  What else do you want me to do if everything in my 'zone' is stocked up?
