Luna&Minori
The fall air felt nice on Minori’s skin. For once in weeks, the weather was cool and crisp. No more sweating while she watered her crops. No more feeling gross and having to put her thick brown hair up in a bun or a ponytail while she did her work. Now with such cool weather, her hair could be free and bounce around while she went along her day.
The farmer happily was skipping back to her house after a successful day at the vendors. Who knew yams went for so much? With that much money, she could probably afford a few more alpacas since Avacado seemed sad recently…. Or a cute custom outfit. Anyway, that would be later; after she already went through this month’s expenses. Minori was just too good in a mood for anything to be ruined.
As she got closer to her house, she noticed pink. Pink hair, bright against the red and orange leaves and brown muted tones that came with the fall. She stood behind the girl, eyeing her up and down quietly. Maybe after she talked to her, she’d ask where she got those cute shoes from. Fashionista- she liked Pinkie already. (She named her already, she liked her, it’s a good reason to rename someone) But first, she had a question to be answered.
“Hi!” Minori said sweetly with a smile on her face. “Who are you and why are you knocking on my door?” The smile didn’t leave her face, but her tone went from sounding oh so happy that someone came by to confused..
Luna huffed in slight annoyance, she had been waiting for a while and perhaps all of her waiting was for naught. Her arms were crossed over herself and pink manicured nails drummed against her skin to pass the time. Though, just as soon as she was about to give up and move on to another farmer in this town—
“Ah— !!” The girl squeaked in surprise, turning to see the brunette looking to her expectantly. “Good Goddess, don’t spook me like that!” The pink haired girl breathed while fanning herself, though turning her moment of shock into one that was ready to discuss what she was there for. “Hi, sorry, that must be weird to come home to someone knocking on your door.” She flattened her hair as she spoke, hoping to calm and hair that might have bounced out of place.
“You’re a farmer right?” For the first time Luna took the opportunity to look the girl over, her dress seemed splattered with mud and hair was in need of a desperate brushing. Yep, definitely a farmer. Yet, she was actually pretty cute. Round face, high cheek bones, overall a nice slim and supple build. Luna was sure she was a lot prettier if she ever dolled herself up.
Though the pink haired girl cleared her throat, continuing on with the task she had come there for. “I’ve come from the next town over where they’re all completely incompetent. I need a job done, some fabric made in a quick amount of time, as well as dyed. Do you have any time to take requests?” She sighed openly, the amount of money that was dropped on that awful dye job of Kasey’s coming back to her. “Name your price, I’m pretty desperate here.”
