This is a self-portrait with my ridiculous lens lattached to my Minolta XG-M, from nearly 10 years ago. 9 March 2010. Next to a bookshelf. Santa Cruz, CA. It occurred to me this weekend that I could shoot roller derby at the Civic with my ridiculous lens.  I think I might have a Minolta MD to Leica M adapter somewhere in my lens closet, which is only one adapter away from a M to SL adapter.  I thought back to the days when I used to shoot Fujicolor Superia, but the synch speed on the old XG-M is only 1/60! Then I let out a little Vlad LOL laugh.  The synch speed on the SL is 1/250th! That. Is. Totally.
