🧠 Talk about your OCs mental health! Do they have any specific triggers or ways to practice self care? What are some things that are more difficult for them to do because of their mental health?

She internalizes most of her negative emotions and never talks about it to anyone, but she’s recently been convinced to start keeping a journal. She hates public speaking but otherwise she can handle most of what’s thrown at her.

💗 Relationships? Who are their friends, their family relations, lover(s), foes? What sort of personalities really tick them off and what others do they like? Is there anything that’d ruin a friendship for them?

For lovers, before Nadia she and Asra were a couple pre-plague. For family, she has her adoptive parents, a biological sister, two adoptive brothers, and one more adoptive sibling. Liars and narcissists make her really angry, so lying and breaking trust can quickly ruin a relationship with her.

🗣️ What are the most painful words that can be said to your OC to utterly break them? What are the words that you could tell them to cheer them up? Maybe some advice to give them the boost they need!

Being told she’s a failure or making her feel like she’s why things went wrong are a quick way to get her to break. A big hug and a quiet room work better for her than talking, let her get her emotions out and then she’s back in the game.

🗺️ Does your OC like going on adventures? Have they ever discovered something really interesting and significant or are they just too busy getting lost? Where is their favourite place they’ve been? Least favorite?

She loves to travel but dosen’t care for adventuring. She’s made it a point to travel to places like Prakra and Nevivion at least once every few months. Her favorite place is Prakra and her least favorite was the South. And while she doesn’t care for adventuring on the high seas or wandering through the Arcana realms, she does enjoy hearing the stories Asra and Julian tell when they return.

2: If your apprentice was a romanceable character in The Arcana, what would their route be like? (Feel free to be as detailed or as vague as you’d like.)

I feel like Robin’s route would be mostly focused around solving the mysteries that crop up around you two, heavily focusing on the Case of the Missing Memories.

5: What are some of your apprentice’s minor and major fears? What’s the best way to comfort them when afraid?

Insects are the only thing she’s afraid of.

10: What’s the first thing someone is likely to notice about your apprentice when meeting them for the first time? Do they have any other quirks that set them apart?

If you miss her prosthetic you’ll certainly notice her hair, and she has a terrible habit of speaking very quickly. So she stutters and stumbles over her words a lot.

La Vie en Rose! Robin loves to be in love and to see what her friends/partner bring to her life.

I wish, but no. I’m still fairly new to the Arcana, so Robin’s a bit of an outsider at the moment.

💀 Has your OC ever lost anyone to death? Multiple people? People close to them? How does the loss make them feel?

She lost her parents to a fire when she was young, and even now she’s still a bit beaten up over it. She was very close to her mother and she’s pretty closed off regarding her personal life because of it.

⚖️ What is the biggest crime your OC has committed? Are they a theif, a cheat, a liar? What is the smallest, most petty crime they’ve committed? Or do they not do crime at all?

She’s never commited any crimes, but that doesn’t mean she’s never thought about grabbing a loaf off the end of a stall when she was a kid.

🤕 What is the worst injury your OC has ever suffered? Do they have any scars or lasting physical reminders of it? Do they get sick often or have any lasting medical conditions?

The injury leading to her amputation was the worst she’s ever faced. She got caught in some rubble in the fire, her arm got infected afterwards and had to go. Besides that and a few scars she’s pretty healthy overall.

🍵 Are there any rumours about your OC hanging around? Nasty ones or just good humoured? Got any gossip to share about them?

Most of the rumors around her are kinda nasty. They’re mostly from the rich and the people who visit the palace for buisness, they’re all about her dating Nadia for the money and power. But there are a few good natured ones floating around the marketplace.

💧 What makes your OC lose hope, what makes them give up and feel helpless? Have they ever given up on something really important or let go of a dream? What are some of their biggest regrets? Would they ever try again (if they’re able to)?

She’s not one to lose hope very easily, but it happens when she finds all the solutions to a problem are useless. She doesn’t have any real regrets, but the only dream she ever gave up on was being able to see Asra again during the plague.
