Ingredients: 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the mixed berries, fresh mint leaves, and sliced red onion in a large bowl. To make the dressing, put the honey, extra-virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a separate small bowl and mix them together with a whisk. Add pepper and salt to taste.
