"Isn't this dress absolutely lovely? I'm worried it might clash with my eyes but I figured I should at least give it a chance."

Growlll! Boy, was he hungry. So hungry that he didn't even have the strength to move. "Do you have an apple or fruit by any chance, saltlick?" A new town and he already was starving, he really needed to stalk up on food. "Any food would be good. I'm just sooo hungry!"

" Goodness gracious. The sudden increasement in visitors to installation 05 is quite shocking considering the state it is in currently. May i ask if you have an exact reason for your arrival or if, perhaps, you're here by mistake with no way to leave. . . ? The latter seems more common, sadly enough, and it is not my duty to care for and attend to the safebeing of anyone on this ring thus I cannot help you escape your inevitable and possible death via starvation or otherwise on this place. " Well, he certainly talked a lot, that's for sure. " You see, everything was glassed awhile back. I doubt it will be easy for life to reform on this ring. . . and even then, there may still be a risk of the flood returning if life returns. Nonetheless, it was rude of me not to introduce myself. I am 2401 Pentitent Tangent, Monitor of Installation 05, where you are presently. "

Carmen, the chocolate-brown and ivory rabbit that moved in days ago. She was the town's second loudest big-mouth gossip after Kyle himself. Her face always held a coy smirk under that oily nose, and her voice carried a kick of spunk and spice. Carmen had been in the sticks before, so the eccentric, problematic townsfolk failed to scratch her cool yet.
But Kyle, despite his flirtatious beams, never let the chance pass to give her a boiling glare.
On normal days he chose to ignore her existence, casting her aside as just another peasant to trample upon. Yet today wasn't magic and glitter, much to his boiling displeasure.
His own hazelnut eyes just had to see her on his stroll home. Her rear was firm and tight on the town's golden bench, and she still held that smirk like a victorious snake. Around her was a calming and cool wind, brushing her fur while roses danced underfoot. Nothing seemed able to piece her demeanor, and while that charred Kyle, he found it enchanting all the same.
With the grace and speed unmatched by any in Westcaw, Kyle waltzed over to the bench and slid rear-first next to her. On his maw was a kittenish grin, and snaking around Carmen's neck was a furred arm. Gently, he reeled her to his side and let her feel his warmth and stylish pleather.
"So," Kyle dripped, taking hold of one of her paws in a dainty gold. Planting a gentle peck on the back of it, he faced her with saucy giggles and the wink of an eye.
"On a scale of great to Kyle, how awestruck are you that I'm giving you some well-deserved attention, alpha~?"

Clearly not human, but also not from around these parts. The other seemed far too peaceful to be from this forest, let alone any animal to live near this wretched house. The red-haired entity frowned a bit, staring a bit instead of addressing the other properly. Was the other even worth his time?

. . . Deep within this forest everyone avoids.
Guests, once again. The house stood tall, and the red haired 'man' stood atop a nearby stump of a tree that must have been cut down at some point. He'd look at those that arrived, and frown. Usually he was thinking people that were lured here were friends of the witch. Apparently, the danger of the forest lured them here instead, or maybe even an outside force? It certainly wasn't his doing, nor was it ellen's. " Lost, i presume? "
