This Cauliflower Hummus Burger is a tasty and healthy alternative to regular burgers. It's full of flavor and comes with a cool mint tzatziki sauce on top. Perfect for a meal without meat!
Ingredients: 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets. 1 cup chickpeas, cooked and drained. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup tahini. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 1 cup mint tzatziki sauce. Lettuce leaves for garnish. Sliced tomatoes for garnish. Sliced red onion for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Sprinkle olive oil over cauliflower florets and put them on a baking sheet. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly browned. To make the dip, put roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, breadcrumbs, tahini, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse the ingredients together until they are well mixed and the mixture looks like dough. Four burger patties should be made from the mixture. Warm up a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Put some oil on the pan and cook the burgers for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are firm and golden brown. Toasted the burger buns in a pan or the oven until they got a little brown. On the bottom half of each bun, spread a lot of mint tzatziki sauce. Each bun should have a cauliflower hummus burger on it. Add lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion slices on top. Now you can enjoy your Cauliflower Hummus Burger with Mint Tzatziki. Just put the top bun on top of it.
