ever since hyorin's forced venture into acting, there have been constant comparisons between her and eunbin. completely ridiculous comparisons, really, considering the fact that she couldn't even act as well as eunbin's fingers. the whole actress image was something ydh so desperately wanted for hyorin with her being the face of the group, but she just wishes that they'd let it go because it doesn't seem feasible.
despite all the comparisons, hyorin adored eunbin, and it almost seems like their bond has gotten stronger as more people pit them together. as they say, people who complain about the same things end up growing closer, and they were both pretty annoyed with ydh's decisions when it came to their careers.
they're seated in eunbin's father's restaurant, a glass of wine at both of their fingertips. the privacy that came with the location was nice, but it was just great to be face-to-face with eunbin.
"here's to the careers we could've had if ydh hadn't meddled with them," hyorin stated softly with a chuckle. she wasn't even disappointed anymore. that went away when ydh forced another lead role on her, one that was apparently different from the past ones in hopes that she'd actually be good this time. "i don't get why i don't get more music releases when i'm the main vocalist," she commented.
actually, she did know, but this was their regular whining session where they were both allowed to complain about anything and everything, and that's exactly what hyorin was going to do. "they should put my pretty voice to use." it's unlike hyorin to spout about herself like this, but her voice was the one thing she knew she could be overly confident about.
