*hugs you* hiii cappy, saw your ask and listened to the song and WOW THAT WAS SO WELL DONE, I love the use of different instruments and how they faded in and out to match the mood of the song shifting - I think there was some cello and lower viola in there and then it tapered off around the 2 or 3 minute mark, and then the chimes and some woodwind (haven’t played those before, my guess is clarinet? Flute? I’m not sure, but it was amazing nevertheless) with the piano and and and I thought it was so neat how there was some really quiet violins at that point before the shift, it was soso well orchestrated-

longing, adventure, hope, and so soft and gradual, just *gestures wildly* amazing-

It's definitely at the top for me— could debatably be The Favorite of all my saved instrumentals— it's So. Well. Written. The repetition with the layering drives me INSANE it's so good FROM THE VERY START OUUUGGGJJJJ i love the focus on piano in it it's sooooo good ouurrrgggghhhhhhhhhhh plus tje strings OH THE WAY TJE STRINFS ARE USED CAUSE CAUSE CAUSE LIKE the only real percussion in the song is the xylo/vibraphone!! And so the drive and rhythm and tempo is upheld by the strings and it's SO SO SO COOL AND OUUUUVGHHHHH THE WOODWIND ACCENTS!!! THE WOODWIND ACCENTS!!!!!!!!! I think you're right that it's clarinet!! Not entirely sure, but OUGH it's so good either way the way THE WAY IT EASES IN AND OUT OF THE MELODY GGRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE FEELINGS INSIDE IT ITS SOSOSOSOSO—
